These General Terms govern the contractual relationship between Maison Latina Propre (hereinafter "the Provider") and any client (hereinafter "the Client") using its cleaning services. Any engagement implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2 consecutive hours per intervention (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Payment term: 10 days upon invoice receipt. Any delay incurs 5% monthly penalties.

Free corrective intervention within 48h for justified complaints
Professional liability coverage
Excluded from warranty - recommended to be kept in safe
Force majeure: Neither party shall be responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
All elements of the website www.maisonlatinapropre.ch (logos, texts, images) are the exclusive property of the Provider.
Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorization is subject to legal action.
The "Maison Latina Propre" brand is registered - commercial use prohibited.
Collected data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Swiss data protection laws. The Client has right of access, rectification and opposition.
Applicable law: These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
By using our services, you acknowledge having read and accepted all these General Terms which prevail over any other document.
